“My friend and I were having the same issues with our phones. I went to Optimum to see if they could fix it, they could not. Not to mention that it is a ways to walk to their store, especially for my friend who is 84. So we decided to go with T-Mobile. We went there and asked our questions. The guys were very helpful and a delight to work with. We got new phones and got them all set up. My partner went with us also and he got a tablet. They got it set up for him and cleaned up his phone. He too switched to T-Mobile. We also went with their Internet and have been very pleased with it. The guys that we worked with, Anthony, Fernando, West, Nathan and Houston were a great group and the three of us were very pleased with the service.”
