“My husband and I had wonderful experience purchasing new iPhones at the Branson, Missouri AT&T store. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Jacob, who directed us to a table where we could discuss our needs. He carefully explained all of our options and guided us to purchase the right iPhone for our needs. The older model phones we wanted were not in stock but Jacob did a great job of contacting us as soon as the phones were available. Jacob was professional and very knowledgeable about the different iPhones and data plans. He did not try to trick us into a more expensive plan nor was he overbearing.The store was immaculate and welcoming.
