I had realized when I got home to St. Louis I had left my Under Armour bag at the New Balance store here out the outlet mall. The New Balance store was nice enough to run it down to the Under Armour store so they could get it back to me. The Under Armour store was nice enough to ship my bag back to me in St. Louis. They even called back to verify my information. Great customer service from both stores here that can be hard to come by these days as it was greatly appreciated. Thank you!”

    “Great staff and customer service. I used to shop at the LOZ store and I’m disappointed it closed down but I had a great experience with the folks at the Branson store. I visited back in May during an anniversary trip with my wife. I came in the store 2 different days, mostly different staff the 2nd day but I had a good experience both days. They were helpful in finding the shirt I came back for and told me I can always call in to place an order, which I did a lot with the LOZ store. I just wish polo factory outlet’s website still showed what the stores are carrying! I’ll definitely be back to shop here next time I’m in Branson.”

    “I really enjoyed my shopping trip to this location while checking out the city. It is absolutely huge inside with multiple floors packed filled with clothing for everyone, so you can easily spend hours looking around. The store was clean and they had all the latest styles and sizes nicely organized. My only complaint is that the lines for both the fitting rooms and checkout were super long and moved pretty slow, but that makes sense since it is in such a busy area. I still managed to find some really cute shirts at great prices.”
