“A lovely store with a great selection of comfortable and interesting shoes, plus fun accessories. The staff is helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed shopping there and talking with a beautiful person and employee named Donnalee. Wish I had the time to visit their sister stores, Queen Elizabeth and Grand Glitz.”
“What a great atmosphere! The smell of leather at the door is obvious, and when you walk in there are so many jackets, belts and purses, you see why. Amazing hand-crafted belts and boots, and made in America selections. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. So nice to go in a locally-owned store that gets it right! You need to check it out.”

“They had a sale for buy 1 get 2nd half off. Of course none of the 3 shoes I wanted were available at this location. Salesperson was able to order 1 and have it delivered to my house for no extra charge. I made out on the 2nd pair because neither was available. Bummer!”

“I was happy to see there was a Crocs store while vacationing in Branson. Large store with wide selection of Crocs and accessories. Took advantage of the buy 8 get 5 free accessories and ended up getting a surprise box with $65+ purchase. None I'll be using but was cool to receive. Ended up buying wrong size (sizes are so close together on tag) and was able to easily exchange the next morning. Needed a W8 and bought M8. Employees were friendly and eager to help. Was so happy the had Arkansas Razorback and Cowboys Jibbitz charms ? few charms not shown in pictures as they're on different pair.”

“Hi! I came in tonight around 7:30, and you close at 8:00. I worked a little late. I was probably the last customer for the day. My drive there was about 30 minutes as well, and i felt bad for coming in last minute. I needed shoes for a special event this weekend. The girl that was working there was very helpful and welcoming even though it was 30 minutes to closing time. She was very kind and welcoming and gave me time and space to look around. I found a pair of shoes that I love so much, and I'm just super happy with the whole experience. I dont remember her name, but she was just so nice and l am super grateful for that 💯 I will be back for sure! Thank you and yall rock!”

“Regarding the most recent post about eight hours ago, we were around that store and went into it, and there were two adults, acting like children, screaming cussing, and from what I gathered was just not getting their way, so the employees were dealing with the situation and telling them that they can leave if they’re just gonna sit and scream and yell at them, which I do not blame them at all the actions by the adults were completely uncalled for and childish. It is sad that we are in a world that people think that is OK, but I think the employees handled the situation the best of their abilities and they did end up doing whatever they needed to do for them, which is better than what I would have done in that situation so I give the store five stars for professionally dealing with the most awful people I’ve seen in a store in a long time”
“Honestly I avoided coming here bc of the negative reviews concerning customer service. My husband finally talked me into it an I’m so glad he did. I had a very POSITIVE experience with Anita and Carmen. I came in wanting to try several shoes to find something that didn’t hurt my foot. Carmen was very accommodating for each pair I tried and there were some shoes she didn’t recommend, but still helped me so I could try them on which I appreciate bc everyone’s feet are different: She and Anita were very knowledgeable and Carmen’s suggested shoe and arch support insole was spot on for my needs!! She even led me to the same pair on clearance which I appreciate!! I’m sorry for the negative experiences others have had. Maybe check to see if Carmen or Anita is working that day before you come. They have such a large selection of everything SAS and I’ll definitely shop here again. We drove over an hour to shop here and it was worth every mile!! I CAN WALK AGAIN thanks to SAS and these two wonderful ladies!”
