993 Branson Hills Parkway, BransonI appreciate having Petco avaialable to get canned food in single serves but one thing that has been frustrating is how slow the cash register rings up single cans. There seems to be a delay. It really slows down the checkout lane. By the time it finally catches up the line of customers to check out has grown considerably. It makes me feel bad for the other customers, makes me feel embarrassed that my purchase is the reason, and is equally as frustrating for the cash register attendant. You need to upgrade your cash register badly!

Not only are we treated like long time friends, but most importantly our babies (in the past a total of seven dogs and two cats, and now presently 2 crazy maniac one year old puppies and one 16 year old “puppy”) are treated with love and care and extra treats. Everyone is thorough and attentive and knowledgeable and they take the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions with kindness and patience. It is nice not to walk into an overcrowded waiting room as they book appointments to allow ample time given to each patient and their owners.

We visited the next day and the little one adjusted better for the stay. The resort emailed pictures of the group play. This resort cares about the animals and spends time with them. They also send a booklet home with picture and activities completed. Awesome. Secure place. Decent prices.

The owners are very friendly and have accommodated us more than once - especially when were were late one evening after we lost our car keys on a Silver Dollar City roller coaster and were stuck, not able to get back on time. Unfortunately, the lady who attended us had a very unpleasant attitude and made us feel like she didn’t even want to be doing her job. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service makes a huge difference in someone’s experience. It’s disappointing because the food itself was amazing! I would definitely give the food a 10/10, but the service could use some serious improvement.

They took excellent care of her, even cooking her a burger patty to enjoy with our meals. We ordered the Club Sandwich and the French Toast breakfast.
