“Really top-notch professional movers. We acquired a home with a complicated driveway that required smaller trucks and multiple moving days. Everyone from Rob, our sales contact, to our move day leaders, Floyd and Cameron, to the entire moving team made it look and feel much easier than it was. They were honest and fair in bidding and final costs. They were quick, efficient and careful with our furniture. And their attitude throughout was great. “Nicole and Yvonne are absolute angels. I showed up to my previously-reserved unit and it was a parking spot (!)- obviously my mistake, but Nicole totally took care of me and helped find what I needed and rebook it at another nearby location. She stayed on the phone with me while I got to the new location, through the gate, and even helped me locate the unit using the online map. Nicole saved me again when I had to call back to reserve an additional unit (sooo much stuff). Yvonne was similarly amazing when I called back with more questions. Seriously, my guardian angels that day. I won't use another service...unless Nicole or Yvonne leave... Thank you, ladies!”

She was amazing and went above and beyond for me and even offered to help me put it on the storage unit if I couldn't get it on there. I give her 5 stars as well. ??”

I expected that a moving company would be rough with my things. But they treated my things as carefully as I would treat them myself. “My experience with Extra Space Storage was amazing. The move in process was so easy and they staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The move out process was even better. I received a bill for $189 but the staff noticed that I was moving out before the next month started so they reduced my cost to $12. If I would have made the payment for $189 there would have been no refund. Thank you Shalae for all your help and saving me all that money. Would highly recommend this location.”
“Charles Kemp is a lifesaver- we had a problem moving into our unit with the latch not working, and he came to our unit when he was about to leave on a trip. He came and solved our problem, staying diligently until everything was solved and was so kind!!!”

Staff was very helpful and it was a smooth process from finding a unit & based off the things I had. They help me find best pricing and the area thatc was close to me. “Would not recommend using this place. They will give you one price for the first three months (they don’t imply that it will change that quickly at sign up), then double the monthly payment. Personally, now all of my stuff has been here for a few months and it’s going into the cold season so moving it somewhere else isn’t ideal or necessarily possible. Now I’m stuck with a much higher rate than I agreed too until I’m able to move my stuff. Not sure how they’re able to change my payment from less than $50 to nearly a hundred and I got the excuse of a “rate increase.” Just wanted to warn anyone else looking into these units and just know to expect a rate increase a few months in. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady I talked to was very nice and helped me out a bit, but it is still $30 more than what I initially agreed too.
Update: they were able to lower it significantly once I complained. Nicole was incredibly helpful so would HIGHLY recommend calling whatever location you’re using before hand to know there rate increase policies.”

He was friendly, professional, and made us feel confident that my sister’s belongings will be safe and secure. The facility is very clean and well kept and he even offered us refreshments while we completed the application. Looking forward to moving everything in soon!”
