“We switch to Verizon because of Brenden Ramm, we had visited T-Mobile and At&t and the service was absolutely awful. We had the fortune that Brenden was just finishing with the last customer. He gave us ALL the information, he responded ALL our questions! He new what he was talking about ALL the time. So obviously when you get the information and someone who doesn’t want to sell just because he has to… you get the best deal and a great service experience! I hope you soon get a raise or get moved to corporate but hope that you leave us with someone who has your drive to help and make customers happy!”

The parts arrive on time and they make the repair quickly right in front of you. Your Google search results will push you to go to Ubreakifix or some other large chain, but they will never match the service or price you receive at the Phone Doctor in KIrkwood. “Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”

“After having very dismissive treatment buy a young guy at T-mobile, Loughborough who treated me as if I was some old lady couldn't be bothered with, in desperation I went to boost on South Grand, where I met a young guy who worked there named Ali. He worked on my problem, the same problem that the employee at T-Mobile couldn't be bothered to help me with I was so grateful so helpful as this young man. I plan to take my business away from T-Mobile and go to boost where they seem to care about people of all ages. I think T-Mobile should look into this and become aware of what is going on at their locations. I would give T-Mobile the lowest rating and naturally Ali at boost has my highest rating”
