“I placed an "order by 5pm and get today" order with $4.99 delivery charge.I wish they would have called me when they were out of one of my items, super high-yield printer ink. I would have asked them to substitute high yield. The ink was the only thing I was in a hurry for. I ordered two more things because American Express would have given me $15 back if I spent over $100, but I didn't reach that amount without the ink.I was initially glad to see a $10 coupon with my order, but then I noticed it had expired four days prior. They sent an expired coupon!My order included a card "Let us know how we did today" with a QR code. So, I typed up the above complaint. The QR code leads you to a site requiring a receipt code. I do not have a receipt code, just an order number.ONE STAR for this experience, but I'll rate it four stars because other experiences with the store have been fine.”

“Just had our new whirlpool refrigerator delivered and although time will tell if the frig is everything we hoped, we wanted to take the time to compliment the delivery/setup young men. They were polite, careful, and thorough in getting the refrigerator in the house (even taking the front door off its hinges) and when installing the frig in a very tight space. No scratches on our wood floors or to any walls nor to our new fridge. We appreciate the great job they did when we know it isn't always easy to find good help.”

I appreciate the extra security but it is a bit weird bags are not provided with order pick ups and there was not seemingly security presence outside. Staff were friendly and store was clean.”

Their incredibly knowledgeable with product knowledge very professional with addressing and resolving questions and concerns. On this particular trip I was seeking TV advice, I was referred to Dion by a very helpful associate Alison. Dion listened and addressed my questions and showed me a wide variety of products, he provided me with the pro's & Con's based off what I was looking for. Dion nailed it down and I found exactly what I wanted and then some extras. The price was far less than what I thought it was going to be !! I can't say a bad thing about my experience.
