Thanks to special Labor Day discounts, I was able to buy a loveseat, 2 arm chairs, and a beautiful solid wood dining set for a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. I didn't have a large budget, and had started the day thinking I'd only be able to buy 1 piece - 2 at the most. Even better, everything arrived ahead of schedule, and the delivery service was also great (punctual, friendly, and professional). I'm a very happy customer!”

    “I mean, World Market is already a fun place to shop, but I had such a great experience there yesterday! I went in to pick up some snacks for a special occasion, with only a vague idea of what I was looking for—and that's where Glen came in. Glen was honestly the best! He took me on a full tour of the candy and snack sections, helping me narrow down what would work for my needs, and he went *above and beyond* by sharing the stories and histories behind different items. I'm exactly the right person for that, as I'm really passionate about world history and travel, so it made the experience more enjoyable. On top of that, he showed me some practical tips—like how easy and quick it is to look up product information on the website while shopping. It seems obvious in hindsight, but I genuinely hadn't realized how useful it could be in the moment. All in all, I had a fantastic experience!     “I ordered a recliner in May 2025. It arrived with many defects: scratches in the leather, a gouge and dark spot in the leather, cushion didn’t stay in place., reclining mechanism was very stiff. I took photos and called the national customer service department. Right away the representative said they would order a replacement chair which was delivered today. No issues with the new chair. I’m very pleased with their customer service and their delivery service which was excellent. My only issue is the quality of the leather which is not as good as my Lazy Boy recliner right next to it.”
