Update: the only complaint I have is that when we directly asked if the credit check with the financing option was a soft check or a hard check, we were confidently told it was a soft check. However, we just got notified that it was most definitely a hard check.

They provide office furniture design and solutions to both individuals needing home office setup as well as large scale companies looking to outfit an entire building/floor with cubicles, desks, etc.. They also offer new and pre-owned items, such as desk chairs. I needed a home office task chair and was specifically looking for a Steelcase Gesture chair. They happened to have some pre-owned ones in stock and I got a great deal! The chair was in great condition! I couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and supporting a local, independent business. Larry and Jan are a husband/wife team who have been in the office solution business for 4 decades. They are extremely knowledgeable on floor plan designs, product lines, and every aspect of ergonomics and physical work spaces. If you are looking for a home office item (desk, chair, monitor stand, sit/stand options, or a complete solution), check them out! Be sure to call them or go to their show room. If you are needing a larger scale solution for your enterprise/organization, they do it all at a reasonable price! So glad I discovered them!”

“I needed a small couch for my studio apartment and this shop had several options that actually fit compact spaces. The salesman suggested a lighter color since my room doesn’t get much sunlight, and he was right. Delivery came the next afternoon and the sofa was carried upstairs carefully without bumping the walls.”
“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!
