I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! “We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”

“Superb service and honestly these guys know their stuff! Called and talked to Dean (presume the owner). He asked some questions about us, how we sleep, etc.. Recommended a Sealy Albany. Did some review checks and it has stellar reviews. Stopped by yesterday evening at 6, met Matt and he showed us the Albany and several others that were similar. Dean was right, the Albany was perfect. Pricing was about 45% less than Mattress Firm and 40% lower than any online retailer. Matt offered to deliver in an hour (I mean - amazing). So in a span of a couple of hours, we made a selection and had it in our bedroom ready for sleep. First night of sleep was absolutely A+.”

That same day, I stopped by the nearby Casper store at the Galleria and was met with a very kind and calming associate - TKay! She led my partner and I through the various options and listened to me say “too soft,” to every bed before I found my perfect (rock solid in the best way possible) bed! She didn’t make me feel bad at all for wanting to leave the store to think about it - no pressure at all to leave with a purchase. That same day, I called and purchased it over the phone. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but it was because of a great sale the company was having - no complaints.
