“Went to the Bommarito Volkswagen dealership this morning with someone to look at vehicles and wound up purchasing one which was not our intent. Our sales lady was named Chris. FYI: I just purchased my vehicle from another dealership and I can say the difference is 100%. I really wish I had purchased from here. Everyone was very friendly and acknowledged our presence upon entering the building. Chris's customer service is impeccable. Chris was very personable, listened to our concerns and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Her great customer service and expertise is a great asset to this dealership. She kept us within the budget we wanted to spend and answered all our questions. It really helps when someone can make you feel at ease and not make you feel pressured.
