“Ultimately fixed after two false starts. The first technician came on the appointed day and time and found that the replacement she brought with her was defective the heater wire was broken We reschedule for another day with a second very excellent and nice technician came and found the same defect in replacement windshield he brought. He returned an hour later with a windshield that was not broken and replaced it quickly and expertly. No charge as my insurance covered it.”
