Safelite AutoGlass provides windshield repair and replacement in the Maryland Heights area, offering both in-shop and mobile service. The process is described as easy and effortless, with kind, efficient, and delightful staff. Scheduling is a breeze with continual text reminders and updates. Windshield repairs are completed quickly, often in as little as 30 minutes, and come with a national warranty. The workmanship is frequently noted as great.
However, experiences with customer service can be inconsistent. Some reports mention terrible customer service, including issues with incorrect parts, rescheduled appointments without notification, and problems with promised discounts. While some concerns are eventually addressed by management, follow-through can be lacking. There are also occasional notes on repairs where cracks remain slightly visible, causing some concern, though many would still use the service again. They are insurance approved and handle advanced safety system recalibration.
Highly professional, easy scheduling, and good communication.

Alex was awesome. Previous owner really slathered on some sealant, and Alex was able to get it all cleaned up and then the new windshield in with no issue.
