I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! (I think the person who helped me with the return was Mary or Miriam .. I’m sorry I forgot your name but you are SO nice!!) 10/10”

Our salesperson, Chris, was so knowledgeable and made the customization process very clear. We have two cats who love to destroy furniture and Chris demonstrated the various types of fabric and how they hold up to cat nails. “I needed a new office 'task' chair because the previous chair was an 'executive' style which left me in too steep a recline. My back was uncomfortable and my work was suffering. I have known Larry Singer for some time and made an appointment to see him for his suggestions. He demonstrated several types but recommended one in particular which would support my lower back while not interfering with my desktop work. I picked up the chair and brought it home, assembled it (very easy) and sat down. Made a few adjustments for height and armrests, and the chair is the one I should have had all along. You will find Larry and his wife very knowledgable and their selection is top notch.”
“If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. This allowed me to get a feel for how the pieces would work in my home. Superb customer service.Also the excellent service continued with Tray in customer pickup. Tray wrapped my vases, assembled my chair, wrapped my chair and placed all items securely in my car. As a senior citizen shopper I truly appreciated this level of service.”

“The Target in Bridgeton on St. Charles Rock Road has the absolute fastest curbside employee ever. I have ordered from this location, at least five times-every time I go to pick up, the guy has your order out in the parking lot exactly when you pull up. He is so fast and efficient, it’s unreal. He’s probably doing the work of at least 3 people.”
