“Our salesman, Shane Rollins, was very patient & polite to us old people, gave us all the time and information even repeating info until we could choose our 2 chairs, fabric, color and select the right padding. There was no high pressure sales or fast talk. Being respectful to Shane because he was so personable, we told him if he got a call, to take it. We were impressed with him, the Lay-Z-Boy product, were buying and not going anywhere!
We were looking for 1 chair, bought 2 and will return soon for another Lay-Z-Boy loveseat. The two we had got LOTS of use, were about 15 years old and deserved their retirement.

“I mean, World Market is already a fun place to shop, but I had such a great experience there yesterday! I went in to pick up some snacks for a special occasion, with only a vague idea of what I was looking for—and that's where Glen came in.
Glen was honestly the best! He took me on a full tour of the candy and snack sections, helping me narrow down what would work for my needs, and he went *above and beyond* by sharing the stories and histories behind different items. I'm exactly the right person for that, as I'm really passionate about world history and travel, so it made the experience more enjoyable.
On top of that, he showed me some practical tips—like how easy and quick it is to look up product information on the website while shopping. It seems obvious in hindsight, but I genuinely hadn't realized how useful it could be in the moment.
All in all, I had a fantastic experience! I can honestly say it was the most fun I've ever had shopping for food.

They also offer new and pre-owned items, such as desk chairs. I needed a home office task chair and was specifically looking for a Steelcase Gesture chair. They happened to have some pre-owned ones in stock and I got a great deal! The chair was in great condition! I couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and supporting a local, independent business. Larry and Jan are a husband/wife team who have been in the office solution business for 4 decades. They are extremely knowledgeable on floor plan designs, product lines, and every aspect of ergonomics and physical work spaces. If you are looking for a home office item (desk, chair, monitor stand, sit/stand options, or a complete solution), check them out! Be sure to call them or go to their show room. If you are needing a larger scale solution for your enterprise/organization, they do it all at a reasonable price! So glad I discovered them!”

“Garret and Olivia were amazing in helping my wife and I pick out our sactional. We were probably a more demanding customer with tons of questions but Garret was really patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
The sactional we got was everything we wanted. We actually already got some upgrades (additional panels etc). Putting together was fairly straightforward but took a little bit of time. Would recommend doing it with another person and watching the lovsac videos.
Shipping time can take a while which is my only knock on the experience but the packaging and quality makes up for that.
Go to Brentwood and have these folks help you find what you're looking for.”
“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!
