“Greg is the one and only reason for giving 4 star. He was so humble and knows exactly how to treat a customer. He is calm and a real problem solver. He should be at higher positions definetly.
We took 4 lines together, in this case it should be 25$ per line and taxes somewhere 5$ each. But the bill came out was 348$ only for 3 lines. Greg helped us fully and made it right and also other guy helped us but he was a bit rude. Greg stepped in and he completly sorted our issue. Thanks to Greg.

“The store atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It was clean, and even though we had to wait a little bit, the staff continuously checked on us to assure us that they would get to us as soon as possible. Boon, the manager, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was also cleaning the store in between helping customers when things slowed down.
Dre helped us find the phone we were looking for and showed us how to use the app for future purchases and issues, so we wouldn’t have to come back to the store. I also saw Chris working with an elderly lady, and he was so kind and patient with her. He walked her through everything step by step. It was nice to see that he was willing to take the time to make sure she understood the issue and didn’t just rush her off.
