“I came to this location and was greeted with a very warm welcome and the biggest smile from Justin. I really enjoyed his customer service experience. Justin made sure that I understood step by step the process of the new service plans that were available and what that plan covered. It was far beyond the customer service experience that I received it was extraordinary great, his skills with making me feel like we had known each other for ever like good long time friends. I truly appreciate how humble and inviting Justin was with me in giving me different choices. “After our phones went out and we had no communication except ai chatbots online, we went to the Boost store in St. Charles for personal help with our service connection. Abraham was excellent at both customer service and resolving our issues. He went the second mile and helped us activate our new phones and tranferred our data. He also provided us with follow up phone numbers that we could use if we experienced any other issues. We highly recommend. This gentleman earned our respect in his knowledge of phones and troubleshooting. We'll use him from now on.”
“My company recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. After the transition I couldn’t make calls from the new company phone. Many hours were spent with our internal telecom team that couldn’t figure out the problem. Today I popped into Verizon on Brentwood and Paul fixed the problem in less than two minutes. “So I had mixed feelings about Verizon from the start but I upgraded online, picked up my new device in store, got it home tried using smart switch to get my new phone activated with no success. Long story short I ended up going to the Creve Coeur store.... and they were the most down to earth, helpful, patient people! The guy that waited on me had to spend well over 2 hours on hold, back & forth with customer service but he did, with a smile, we joked laughed and got it done! Thanks to the Mgr lady that day also she was just fantastic! You guys are all great thank you so much!!”
