“Not only are they knowledgeable, very well priced, patient, but they are kind. Hard to find companies where they treat you with respect and actually want to help you. This place is an amazing gem. Highly recommend.”

“I came to this location and was greeted with a very warm welcome and the biggest smile from Justin. I really enjoyed his customer service experience. Justin made sure that I understood step by step the process of the new service plans that were available and what that plan covered. It was far beyond the customer service experience that I received it was extraordinary great, his skills with making me feel like we had known each other for ever like good long time friends. I truly appreciate how humble and inviting Justin was with me in giving me different choices. I also observed Justin being helpful with other customers making sure that their needs were being met without wasting any time at all while still assisting me. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience during this process at this location. I will come to do more business with this location any time that I may need help, also new accessoriesfor my device. Again, thank you so much Justin 💓. I had a great experience, it was truly a great experience to see someone extraordinary with a great attitude and knowledge, treating me like a long time friend. So keep up the great work. “I promise you Alex took less than 5 seconds to fix a situation that the tech department was not able to solve and after me researching for myself. It was so easy for her I knew exactly what she was doing but she decided she just wanted to show off. I let her with a smile on my face. She even watched me as I completed my activities. YOU ROCK, ALEX!!! 🙏🏾”
