“Naja and the other young lady with the locs & glasses were extremely polite and helpful went I went in today. Somewhat in a rush I went straight to the counter, they immediately stopped their conversation & welcomed me. I told them the two products I was looking for. One lady took me to the fragrance & got what I needed and when we got back to the counter, the other lady had all 6 options of the other product I requested. We had a lil girl talk and I was out of there in what feels like 5 minutes.”
“The first time I visited The Woke Brand, I had such an amazing experience! Keisha helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, full of personality, and really made me feel welcome. I love the whole concept of the store, it’s creative, vibrant, and has such great energy. The colors, the layout, and the overall vibe are just so positive and uplifting.
The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.

“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. “I had an outstanding experience working with Ben while being fitted for my first suit. From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. Since this was my first suit, I was not completely sure what to expect, but he made the entire process feel comfortable, refined, and personal.
Ben took the time to walk me through the fit, the details, and the overall look, making sure everything came together the right way. His eye for detail was immediately clear. “Nice clothing store on Main Street in Saint Charles City. They were recommended for cub scout uniforms and patches.
The employees were super helpful sizing my son and with advice as to what I patches I needed for the uniform.
They appear to have large selection of quality clothes and I hope to return sometime to check it out more one day.”
“Very friendly staff, and great selection of high quality clothes! The prices are high, compared to other stores, but the clothing lasts a long time, so it evens out. They have a decent selection in their Clearance section, that changes out with the season, and there are sales on a regular basis. Definitely worth the trip!”

“You can’t ask for a better, more personalized experience than what you’ll find at Happy Camper. The workers are always happy to see you and treat you like family. We needed a warm place to step into during an extremely cold weekend visiting Christmas Traditions and were welcomed with open arms. As we walked around we couldn’t help but smile at the adorable shirt designs, cute kitchen items, and magical children’s choices in this tiny little shop. We will definitely be going back!”

“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”

“Great customer service. They held a telephone that was unfortunately lost which was the reason I had to go out there at the last minute. Considering that they were getting ready to close. They were very respectful, very mannered. They treated me as a customer who was just walking through the door while the store was just opening. Even though the store was getting ready to close.
