“All I have to say is Wow!!!! I had been on the phone with US bank all morning with them telling me that my funds where going to be withheld for 10 days+ so I went inside this location and was greeted by a woman by the name of Jessica that then told me she was the Branch Manager and she was more than Awesome!!! You guys better hang on to this one because you can’t find employees like her that took care of the problem immediately. She then presented me with her card and said if there is any problems to give her a call. You better give this woman a raise because she deserves it and she was very Professional and that’s hard to find. I just wanted to say Jessica, THANK YOU so so much!!! Not only that, Jessica handled this problem with ease and made me feel like I was very well taken care of when I walked out that door!!!”
