The Cave Bar & Grill
220 Forever Dr, CamdentonIf you haven't been to The Cave Bar & Grill yet, you're missing out. Where else can you swim right into a natural cave? We came by boat — plenty of dock space at the 3MM on the Big Niangua — and stayed all afternoon. 
The concept is just incredible. The pool wraps from the lakefront, across the beach, and straight back into the Forever Cave with the largest pool in the south lake area. It's family-friendly, super clean, with swim-up bars, sand area, live music, and games. 
Food was great classic American bar & grill — we tried the Bourbon Burger and Catfish Po'boy that everyone raves about, cold drinks on a hot day, and service was fast and friendly even on a busy weekend. 
Cool cave, cool pool, great people. Missouri is the Cave State for a reason, and this is the coolest way to experience it. We'll be back every time we're at the Lake!

The Fish and Company
268 Wego Fish Lane, CamdentonHands down the best restaurant I ate at all week. They may not have the fancy pools and beaches but I had the best service, and amazing rum runner, and an enormous and delicious Cajun fish that was seasoned perfectly. You can tell they make their own starter sauce and not some cheap jar stuff. They have a nice patio that overlooks the lake and I plan to take everyone here for our last night because it was that good.

Nautifish Rum Bar
1022 Nautica Rd, CamdentonExceptional service and delicious food. The bartender agreed to make a coconut mojito like they make everywhere in Belize. He told me up front they didn't have mint. The drink was delicious and I am very hopeful that next time we are in mint will be available for a true coconut mojito!
