“My sister and I asked an employee named Nathan at the Cape Girardeau Cricket store if he could help us fix the settings on our 90-year-old Father's phone. Our father was having trouble seeing due to low brightness and he had a hard time hearing people. Dad can only stay in contact with his out of town children and grandchildren via the phone. Nathan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He has improved the quality of our father's life and reduced the stress we were feeling of how to help him. Thank you, Nathan!”
