She has a great personality and can tell she takes pride in helping the customers. Long as she is there I will definitely return. “At a time when exceptional customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this is not the case for this particular Spectrum store. I went in with my sister to try and figure out the best plan for our 85 year old dad. Jessica went out of her way to make sure we got the best plan for him and also at the best price. She was patient in explaining the many options that are available. We ended up getting a plan that is perfect for him. Jessica is a great asset to the Spectrum team!!”
