“We recently decided to switch phone carriers. Cricket was recommended so we decided to stop at the Cape Girardeau location. We were greeted by David who gave us information about plans that might meet our needs. Absolutely no pressure, just the details of the available plans. We saved $100 a month and were able to update our iPhones. There was a glitch in the system when we were trying to finalize our plan which caused an extended delay. However, it was handled professionally and was resolved as quickly as possible. Shout out to David and Alex for great customer service! If you are considering switching phone carriers, we highly recommend you stop in and speak to the Cricket team at this store.”
“I have had an amazing experience with every single worker in there! It's seriously a good vibe the second you walk in the door and I always leave with a smile on my face or giggling lol. Terrence, Aries , Carla , and Miranda have been outstanding ! I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen that do the moving but even at my residence, they were super respectful, super sweet and even funny. I 100% recommend doing business with them.

“Great Place for so done on a budget! Gave me App sign up erks along with Great discounts! If I Cant get it with the discounts and perks, I Don't get to get it at all!! So if on a budget and one like me who has to try to find the deal or I'm not able to get it! Takes few extra mins to go thru and learn but was and is best place found so far to shop besides Walmart etc. for someone like me on dat budget! If don't get to find the right budget well I got to say fudge it, Not for me then! Had great sign up bonus etc on their apps! Keep doing what y'all do Target, Thanks!”
