“They did a great job replacing our blinds! Carole came out and helped match the color to our trim and helped find the closest match to our shutters for some smaller windows to get new shutters. Everything came together so well! They are very prompt and gave updates along the way! Also conveniently communicate through text in addition to calling to make it easy to setup time to meet/have the install done without interrupting much of the work day. Highly recommend.”
“We purchased a manual reclining couch last Feb or March. They oversold them and gave us a power version of the couch. They do not deliver to IL so we went & picked up the couch & got it home to realize they gave us the power recliner not the manual.
Less than a month after purchase a switch in the couch failed (the repair technician was wonderful to work with he gets 5 stars himself) and the switch was replaced (from China they were on back order) so half of the couch did not work until the new switch came in.
-15 min after the switch was replaced and repair tech left it went out again.
-The zipper underneath one side of the fabric we noticed was broken as soon as we opened the box.
-The switch on one aide has been replaced 3 or 4 times in under a year
-The right switch has also been replaced in under a year
-Soon after the 1st switch replacement the frame seems like it sits very noticeably crooked on one side
This was another main reason we purchased and wanted a manual recliner and not a power recliner.
Both switches were taking more than 10 presses to get the recliner leg portion to work (no issues with the power head recliner) and then in December it started to shock us so we had to unplug it.
We unplugged it for 4 months and it thankfully no longer shocks us.
We were told they were going to replace it with a manual recliner like we purchased but never got back to us.
**Edit to add that as soon as this review posted I received a call from the business to deliver the couch that we actually purchased and a couple of weeks later (due to my busy schedule) they made it right and delivered the couch that was purchased at the store last Feb.
Making a wrong right goes a long way so changing from a 1 to a 4 star review.”

“Great place to deliver. I showed up late 1615, they stop taking deliveries at 1500. Tracked down the warehouse manager and he opened the gate so I could turn around and go to a truck stop. Came in at 0700 and they started unloading me right away. Only took about 15 minutes. Well done guys.”

“I have had an amazing experience with every single worker in there! It's seriously a good vibe the second you walk in the door and I always leave with a smile on my face or giggling lol. Terrence, Aries , Carla , and Miranda have been outstanding ! I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen that do the moving but even at my residence, they were super respectful, super sweet and even funny. I 100% recommend doing business with them.

“Chance is absolutely amazing. He helped us right as we took a step into the building. We were sold quickly! You can lay on the mattresses and test them out and he definitely knew his stuff about each one!! They have options in store and for shipping in various models and sizes. I would 100% buy from here again. I spend 577 for a full matress and box. They also give SEMO discounts at 5%!!! Go get some matresses!!!”
