Scammers - they provided 2 fake tracking numbers, lied and said that it "got lost in the mail" when the tracking clearly stated that it never entered the mail system beyond the label being printed. Then weeks later, they sent only 1 of the 7 items ordered.

The shipper damaged the tiles, most of the corners were broken off as if it had been dropped many times. I called Southfork and spoke to Austin. He took care of the issue immediately with a positive attitude. Because he was so helpful, I purchased another complete package.

These people are morons. I ordered two boxes of ceiling tile online and they sent me two 42lb bags of Purina Dog Chow. What a hassle I had to go through to ship 84lbs of dog food back for a return, and I still haven't gotten a refund.
