“When I come into this location I don't ever get a good vibe. Some employees that work the register are cool but some are very rude. Many times I come in to grab pizza and the woman that works back there is very snippy. Idk if shes the kitchen manager or not. I don't really like giving negative feedback. But here I am”

“I'm really glad I stumbled across this spot just as I was about to wander into one of the big box stores for a six pack of beer. Supporting local businesses matters to me, and this one definitely feels rooted right here in the neighborhood.
The aisles are a little on the narrow side, but that just adds to the charm, especially since they are packed with choices. You will find plenty of beer, wine, and spirits, along with a wide selection of snacks and smokes. If you are in the mood to indulge, this place makes it easy to get started.
Their nonalcoholic beer section is not huge, but I managed to find something that hit the spot. It was cold, crisp, and had that satisfying beer flavor, perfect to pair with the pizza I'm picking up next. All in all, I left feeling glad I chose local over corporate, and I will be keeping this place in mind for future stops.”

“Hello, I’ve been trucking off and on for 30 years. I did a 34 reset here in Joplin this weekend at the Flying J / Pilot. Had the truck washed as well. This is how the flying J used to be. Very clean everyone was very pleasant to do business with. The truck wash. Did a very good job.. I would recommend this truck stop. Denny’s had great food. Luandry machines that actually work. Was given quarters with any one being rude or complaining. Makes me miss the good Old days.👍😁.

“It's nice to have a *CONVENIENCE STORE" this far into the Downtown area, but it has its pros & cons... Literally!
Sometimes ya get excellent service, other times, eehh, not so much.
But I promise this, if you walk into "SOOKIES" wit a b¡tch @ss attitude an start dissin folks an bein loud Shelia an/or Raj or they workers or a patron of the store will run yo @ss off, might even put they foot in yo @ss.
Don't even think ya can pull a fast one by havin "five finger discount" on em either cause they quick to take a pic an call the law. Loiterin an/or solicitin should be avoided, Raj quick to call the five-oh bout that.
Watch out wit the "AMUSEMENT" machines they got, cause them b¡tches will eat everthing green that may be in ya pockets, wallet, & purse so buy what gots to be bought FIRST, then play ya lil games...
Ya might even find somethin you didn't even know you needed.

“Good little gas station to stop at in a pinch. Looks to be well kept inside and recently remodeled floors. Gas is average, alcohol and tobacco prices are about average. The gas pumps are a little old school but work fine. Also, be careful on the exits, traffic is busy at times.”
“Nice and clean store. Employees are great, always friendly every time I stop by. Restrooms are clean, and shelves seem to be stocked well. Pizza and sandwiches I have gotten are always hot and fresh. Plus they have the best cookies. Highly recommend.”

“Usually the cheapest gas in town and a great experience. This last trip, though, was a little different. Sign on the building read 2.53. When we started fueling it was 2.69. When we inquires about it inside they couldn't have cared less. I gwtvthey have to change prices, but it would be better for all (we weren't the only ones duped) if they'd change the sign first!! Other than that, love them!”
“Store is clean. Men's restroom is clean. Property is clean. Food is hot and delicious. The cashier who assisted me, JEFF, is friendly and professional, and has a positive attitude. I will definitely return to this CASEY'S location again soon!”

“Traveling from out of state to visit a friend that lives in Webb City. Before arriving, I had to make a stop with 2 choices, Take a Break and Casey’s…so I chose Casey’s. I walked inside to be pleasantly greeted by a female employee with a friendly smile in which her name tag stated Tasha. I used the restroom in which was surprisingly clean due to the amount of foot traffic in and out. I noticed that a pizza warmer was full of fresh pizza and honestly, it smelt amazing. I grabbed a small coffee and usually a coffee bar is very messy with spilled coffee, sugar and creamer but I must say, this coffee bar was clean…and not to mention the variety of flavors to choose from. However, as I was standing, looking at the many choices of energy drinks they had to choose from, Tasha approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told her with all of the different colors and choices, it was hard to find the exact drink I was looking for but I told her my drink of choice. Without hesitation, she opened up a cooler door, bent down and asked me how many I would like. I told her and she brought them to the counter where I paid for my items and exited.
I write this review to say that I wish all convenience stores were this hospitable and friendly. I’ll be sure to stop by again when I’m in Webb City. As long as customer service is this nice, I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you Tasha for being so helpful and please don’t lose that friendly customer service.”

“Casey's is great for gas pizza chips drinks they have nice ice cold soda and water juice tea and hot coffee capichino and hotdogs salads sandwiches chips nuts seeds motor oils and other things for your car all the people here are friendly and they have a rewards program”

“I made a trip to Iowa and have never stopped at the Maverik chain of gas stations, I have to admit im a loyal customer of Pete's because the bathrooms are clean and I love there fresh tea, The Maverik I stopped at had an icey Machine that had a white pina colada flavored icey, like pineapple and coconut, it didn't matter that day it was n so hot and while I was gassing up I was sipping away , before I finished filling my tank I had sipped all the Pina Colada treat away, I went back in and paid for a refill and a second for the road. There tea was also amazingly fresh and tasted like Cains tea, bold but not overpowering. I was a happy traveler, I will be driving out of my way occasionally to see if these branches hook me up with Pina Colada icey too. The cherry is good, but the pina colada takes you to a different zone. Want more”

“Good friendly owners and workers. Nothing fancy, but everything you might need in a hurry can be found here. Good hot deli chicken and sides, as well as other deli items. Gas and tobacco prices seem to stay on the lower end of the spectrum for Joplin. I've shopped here for 45 years and it's always been a good convenience store. It's changed owners a couple times over that time span, but it's been under the current ownership for at least 15 plus years now.”
“the BEST gas station ever!! Let’s start with the cleanliness. The parking lot, store, and bathrooms always look AMAZING! I appreciate a store that cares about how it looks cleanliness wise. The gas prices are always one of the lowest in town! Their pricing is better than most gas station on their items as well. Can we talk about the manager and cashiers though? The SWEETEST people i’ve ever met in my entire life. I would sit and talk to the manager for hours if I could, she’s so funny! “It's not the biggest gas station but it sure has everything you need. Gas is always priced good from here plus it's a clean place to pump gas at. The inside is like most convenience store but they also have fresh pizza as well. Great selection of jerky and cold drinks”

“from Madison to 32nd, which is over a 2 hour walk. It was 90 outside and blazing hot. I didn’t have any money on me and I was about a dollar short for a Gatorade, but the cashier lady was nice enough to let me have it anyways.
Absolutley great customer service, she was so nice and honestly probably saved me from having a heat stroke. I really appreciate her!”
