“Traveling from out of state to visit a friend that lives in Webb City. Before arriving, I had to make a stop with 2 choices, Take a Break and Casey’s…so I chose Casey’s. I walked inside to be pleasantly greeted by a female employee with a friendly smile in which her name tag stated Tasha. I used the restroom in which was surprisingly clean due to the amount of foot traffic in and out. I noticed that a pizza warmer was full of fresh pizza and honestly, it smelt amazing. I grabbed a small coffee and usually a coffee bar is very messy with spilled coffee, sugar and creamer but I must say, this coffee bar was clean…and not to mention the variety of flavors to choose from. However, as I was standing, looking at the many choices of energy drinks they had to choose from, Tasha approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told her with all of the different colors and choices, it was hard to find the exact drink I was looking for but I told her my drink of choice. Without hesitation, she opened up a cooler door, bent down and asked me how many I would like. I told her and she brought them to the counter where I paid for my items and exited.
I write this review to say that I wish all convenience stores were this hospitable and friendly. I’ll be sure to stop by again when I’m in Webb City. As long as customer service is this nice, I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you Tasha for being so helpful and please don’t lose that friendly customer service.”
“Wish the store would update with actual hours of open/close times. They say open til midnight on Friday, yet at 11:25pm they are closed. Thursday night it says open til 11, but that was also not accurate.”

“I have severe problems that can only be treated with medication. Walgreens Pharmacy always fills my stuff when I need it. And they're not rude over the phone or in person in my experience.”
“Raqueal at Zora and rangeline. Super friendly, inviting, and her smile is just so welcoming. Alot of gas station attendants and cashiers are just so negative and full of attitude. Not her she is positively amazing.”
“The whole team have great customer service skills. Prices are high but if you look for sales its worth it. Photo department is great and pharmacy is really busy like all the time but they do there best.
Pharmacy is currently down to one pharmacist. So the pharmacy is only open between 9 am. and 7 pm. Being really busy they don't often have much time to answer the phones. Be patient.”
“I appreciate they get my prescriptions right, send me a text when ready, it's nice to use the drive through for pick up. I don't always feel like having to go inside. But at times I like to go in , they have a variety of items, even snacks, greeting cards, a photo place to get them developed. Personal items, soaps, make-up all kinds of things we ladies sometimes like to check on. And they have cart's, which ladies like me use to zip around and check things out.”

“Usually the cheapest gas in town and a great experience. This last trip, though, was a little different. Sign on the building read 2.53. When we started fueling it was 2.69. When we inquires about it inside they couldn't have cared less. I gwtvthey have to change prices, but it would be better for all (we weren't the only ones duped) if they'd change the sign first!! Other than that, love them!”
