“Contacted Jason at Hellbent Performance Off Road to get a price and possible install of Leveling Kit for my 2016 F150 so I can do some Overlanding. Jason put together a couple of prices for me with a couple of options and it came back surprisingly competitive, ... actually lower than the competition in town. I asked how long it would take to get into their shop for service and again they surprised me with an earlier than expected install opportunity. I jumped on it and they have now installed the leveling kit and it has exceeded my expectations. Excellent Customer Service, Professional Installation, Friendly/Professional/Knowledgeable Staff, and I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend. “They have always done a great job with my vehicles. I recently had an oil change which was very fast and cost was great. They caught a problem with a transmission oil cooler line and found my transmission oil was very low. My transmission would have suffered severe damage if they had not caught this. “After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.
