“Today I went to your Academy Chesterfield Branch I am a Armed Forces Bank member , The employees were very nice, friendly and helpful, Jessie (Manager) is very knowledgeable and friendly, Amanda was spot on with her service and answered my questions with a smile , Maggie the Bank teller , had to help me because the ATM would not issue cash because of a servicing problem. Orlando greeted me with a smile and welcoming attitude and he was helpful in everything that I had a question about.

Im glad that is part of your protocol as there is so much identity theft today! I’m sorry guys that I forgot your names already but you were so professional while doing your job! And the girl who helped me open new accounts (Alexis) was polite and knowledgeable. I feel she went above and beyond in helping me with card member services and tech support.
