“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”

“Almost always had a great experience here. Most of the workers are so friendly and helpful. I had only ever once have someone tell me I couldn’t cash a check because my parents weren’t there?(I was 17)But I have been banking here for years with this location as the one I would frequent. Had two car loans here as a young person who couldn’t really get one anywhere else. Paid them off and now just have my checking/savings account with them.Once I paused too long looking for a pen at their new (years old now) atm and it ate my card so that sucked. But she got me a new one quickly so no big complaints.”
