The staff and the atmosphere were to my expectations. I love Hot Topic, and they never disappoint. I just wish I had gotten the names of the ladies on staff that day. They were amazing and even went to the back to get me a Funko Pop that wasn't on the shelf to complete the set. 10/10 💯💯👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
