The teachers are all awesome! They answer my questions and correct my form, it’s like a personal trainer for free! The community is wonderful as well. Join us!!”

“I really enjoy shopping at LOFT Outlet because their petite selection is consistently strong, which is not always easy to find. The styles are flattering, easy to wear, and perfect for everyday outfits or work. Even better, they sometimes have tremendous deals that make the prices feel like a steal. It’s one of those places where you can walk in just to browse and leave with multiple great finds.
And I am not sure where the bad service reviews are coming from, but the service is always good and friendly.”

“I have to echo the other comments about the associates at this store. I went in yesterday around 6:45, not realizing they close at 7. They asked if they could help me find something, set up a fitting room for me, brought different sizes for me, and suggested a shirt to go with the skort I was trying on. (I, too, am terrible at putting outfits together.)
It wasn't until I was leaving when one of them said I had to push the button to get out that I realized the door was locked - I kept them until 7:25 and they NEVER made me feel rushed or that I was annoying them. I had no idea!
What a great experience in a day when great customer service is very hard to find. I'll be back!”

“I came into Merrell specifically for insulated boots. As soon as I came in, I was greeted warmly and asked if they could direct me to something in particular. I told them what I was looking for and was directed right to the shoes that matched what I had in mind. The clerk explained all of the features, told me what activities they were best for and helped me select a boot in my size.
I’ll be honest, money is tight and I was concerned about spending so much on “just a pair of boots.” I’ve always just worn cheap $50-$60 boots up until now. But as soon as I put these on, I immediately understood. These are not “just a pair of boots”. The quality is outstanding! They are well-built, stylish, warm, and most importantly, so, so COMFORTABLE!
The clerk, who was helpful and friendly, had me try on a couple of other pairs and had me walk around the store a bit just to make sure I found the best boot for me and not just the first one off the shelf. I really appreciated that I wasn’t upsold or treated like a walking wad of cash—I was treated like a person who they just wanted to help find a good pair of boots. The man, (whose name I didn’t get, but who had longer hair and an epic beard) explained that he wore Merrell long before coming to work for them, so it also made me feel good that he had actual experience with the product he was selling. After walking in apprehensively, I walked out feeling very confident and excited about my purchase.
I think it’s fair to say that between the customer service and the quality of the boots, Merrell has just earned a customer for life!

My family and I initially stopped there to meet friends before heading to watch the Spirit of St. Louis Airshow. What I expected to be a quick meeting point turned into something entirely different. Cavender’s didn’t just tolerate the sudden influx of people—they embraced it. They welcomed the community to use their parking lot, invited everyone inside to cool off from the heat, and opened their doors in a way that felt genuinely hospitable.
Yes, it likely brought in additional foot traffic—and with a well-timed sale, I’m sure that was intentional—but it never felt transactional. It felt like smart, generous business done right.
We stepped inside multiple times throughout the day to escape the heat, and each time we were greeted with the same friendliness and warmth. The store itself was immaculate—floors, displays, and even the less noticeable details were clearly well cared for. The restrooms were equally impressive: clean, stocked, and spacious.
By the end of the airshow, we didn’t just leave—we came back in to shop. That says a lot. The environment made us want to stay. Their pricing felt fair, and they offered a range of quality options across different budgets.
It’s rare to see a business handle a chaotic, high-traffic situation with this level of grace, cleanliness, and genuine welcome. Cavender’s turned what could have been an inconvenience into an experience that left a lasting impression.
