“I have to echo the other comments about the associates at this store. I went in yesterday around 6:45, not realizing they close at 7. They asked if they could help me find something, set up a fitting room for me, brought different sizes for me, and suggested a shirt to go with the skort I was trying on. (I, too, am terrible at putting outfits together.)
It wasn't until I was leaving when one of them said I had to push the button to get out that I realized the door was locked - I kept them until 7:25 and they NEVER made me feel rushed or that I was annoying them. I had no idea!
What a great experience in a day when great customer service is very hard to find. I'll be back!”

“This is probably the best Ralph Lauren store I've ever visited.
The staff is exceptional. They are always patient, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions - and I know I can be a bit of a pain sometimes! They never make me feel rushed and always go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I'm looking for.
What impressed me the most was how they handled an issue with an order from another store. Even though the mistake wasn't theirs, they stepped in and resolved everything quickly and professionally.
The store is always clean, beautifully organized, and welcoming. The team is attentive and always offers to take my items to the fitting room, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
The managers are outstanding, and it's the level of service that keeps me coming back. Thank you all for consistently providing such an exceptional customer experience.

They also suggested some great options while I was looking for a gift for my dad.
