Was greeted upon entering and helped all throughout my shopping experience. The manager even found something online for me and guaranteed the discounted in store price.

The staff and the atmosphere were to my expectations. I love Hot Topic, and they never disappoint. I just wish I had gotten the names of the ladies on staff that day. They were amazing and even went to the back to get me a Funko Pop that wasn't on the shelf to complete the set. 10/10 💯💯👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
