Hot Topic offers a variety of off-key t-shirts and current pop culture and anime merch. Reviews note the selection is not as great or as fully stocked as in the past, with some empty space. The staff receives praise for being amazing, helpful, and polite, even retrieving items from the back. However, the checkout process requiring a phone number or touch screen interaction is criticized by some. The atmosphere meets expectations for many dedicated customers.
This hot topic is so much larger then the west county one. Goated selection too

Was greeted upon entering and helped all throughout my shopping experience. The manager even found something online for me and guaranteed the discounted in store price.

The staff and the atmosphere were to my expectations. I love Hot Topic, and they never disappoint. I just wish I had gotten the names of the ladies on staff that day. They were amazing and even went to the back to get me a Funko Pop that wasn't on the shelf to complete the set. 10/10 💯💯👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
