I had an appointment for my passport application and Lottie was very helpful walking me through the requirements. She was so kind to wait for me to go and get cash since I only had the credit card with me. She was very professional and friendly, making the event smooth and pleasant. Thanks Lottie. Stopping by the post office in Clayton wasn't busy during my visit around noon on a Thursday. It’s a quick spot to get stamps, and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the automatic door in the front wasn’t labeled.
