The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.

“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“I had an outstanding experience working with Ben while being fitted for my first suit. From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. Since this was my first suit, I was not completely sure what to expect, but he made the entire process feel comfortable, refined, and personal.
Ben took the time to walk me through the fit, the details, and the overall look, making sure everything came together the right way. His eye for detail was immediately clear. He noticed things I never would have thought about and made adjustments that completely elevated the suit. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious that he takes real pride in his craft.
What I appreciated most was the level of care he put into making sure I not only looked my best, but also felt confident. “Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”
