Just moved in, and my experience so far has been great! Nina is wonderful; she always responds in a timely manner to all my questions and organizes the whole process quite well. I'm satisfied with my room, this is a quiet place with nice landscaping. More to discover here, and I'm feeling excited about this new home.

My wife,son, and I have lived at Broadway Village Apartments since I moved to Columbia, MO. It is a beautiful property that is well maintained, and the entire team that runs it is always so helpful and very friendly! If you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment, this is the place for you!
