“I have a favorite shampoo I use to help my perm stay curly. While traveling my travel size container ran out. When I called the local HyVee the clerk was so helpful. She found that they carried the shampoo and she told me exactly where it was located in the store. This was so helpful!!”

“Aldi is great for low prices, small store atmosphere; and better ingredient lists can be found on baked items (bakery cookies - compare to other stores) The frozen cheesecake slices(2 per pack) have a short ingredient list and NO high fructose corn syrup! Nice produce section, great chocolates, interesting houseware finds(weekly deals), clothing and shoes. There’s a little bit of everything here.”

“Quite a interesting store! Bought several seasoning and some fufu. Went home and made chicken curry with chicken soup base, Jamaican curry powder, and deychills shito which added a nice kick! Diffently a add a little bit at a time to get the spicy lvl you want. Over all happy with the items I got. Originally I went for cassava leaves- a cowork got me hooked on those and unfortunately didn't have any when I went but I do plan on coming back! Wished we has a store like this in moberly!”
“Honestly, it’s a miracle Columbia, MO even has an Indian store. If people are upset about the prices, they’re welcome to drive two hours in either direction to St. Louis or Kansas City to hunt for the “competitive pricing” they’re dreaming of. Spoiler alert: the prices are pretty much the same everywhere. And let’s be real, anyone with two brain cells and basic internet access can crank out a negative ChatGPT review these days. You don’t exactly need a master’s degree in computer science for that.”
“I frequent Hy-Vee’s once in a while when I travel because of thier fresh made food and things you just don’t find everywhere. And that is saying a lot, given that I spend a lot of time in TX, and this chain is probably the only grocery store that would ever come close to HEB and that’s is a very close second”

“The most friendly Dollar General I’ve been to. I live nearby and can walk to this location, so I’m probably at this store a couple times a week. Every employee is always nice and greets me. They have self-checkout which is great and if the line has more than a few people the staff is quick to open up lanes and get people on their way.”

“This is my favorite location. They normally have nothing blocking the aisles, the store is always being mopped and you don't find dusty products. They also keep the sale signs up to date, and if you find one that is out of date, they will honor the prices and go to take them down.”
“I love their selection! They have a great range of Middle Eastern foods, spices, and treats. My personal favorite is the delicious array of pickled foods. My number one fav is the Indian mango pickles, but there are many close contenders for second place.
Another plus is that the people who work there are always kind and friendly.
The only draw back is that their operating hours can sometimes be more of a guideline than a policy. On a couple of occasions I’ve gone there during their posted hours, but the store was closed.”

“This is a great little stop for high-quality, fresh produce. Pricing is pretty reasonable, maybe a bit on the expensive side, but you definitely get what you pay for. At the very least it’s worth a look around, and I highly recommend buying at least one of the jars of jam.”
