The Management here is amazing. Put in a work order and they will literally be there in 30 minutes whenever. The people at the front desk are amazing also, always friendly and willing to help. Super clean complex, always making improvements

District flats was by far the best apartment complex I lived in Columbia. The staff is super nice and helpful. Jeff was always super helpful and understanding. The apartments are very modern and clean. I had to move states or I would have renewed my lease without a second thought! The location is also very convenient.
