Journeys at the Columbia Mall has amazing customer service. The employees went above and beyond and are friendly and knowledgeable. The employees brought out tons of options and are patient, even gave a high five when the right pair was found. The employees help find shoes, summer sandals, new Docs and were able order a size not in store, sending new shoes free of charge to the house. The experience was quick and easy, a quick, easy trip to pick up.
Sway is AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond, and she has such a great energy even towards those who aren’t even in the store! Her presence is so inviting and she is so kind! Her customer service is so refreshing since I haven’t had great previous experiences there before her.

My daughter has a hard time finding shoes that fit, but Sway at the Columbia Mall Journeys went above and beyond! She was so patient, brought out tons of options, and never once seemed bothered. She even gave my daughter a high five when we found the right pair. Amazing customer service—you don’t see that often anymore!

I had a lovely experience here today in the mall. The employees went above and beyond to help me find some summer sandals. They didn’t have my size in store, but were able to order me exactly what I wanted. The experience was quick and easy, and my new shoes are even being sent to my house, free of charge! I’m so excited!
