“My sales Consultant was very kind and patient and that I like. Made sure I understood this and that about my purchase. A big thanks and shout out to Kenneth my sales consultant.”
“Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Relaxed furniture shopping experience. I’ll always ask for Mark Santo, very patient fellow. Thank you.”
“I was absolutely impressed by the level of care shown to us by Ashley at Missouri Furniture. She was as sweet, personable and helpful. We had a big ask … we needed a mattress delivered in 24hrs for a last minute emergency guest room. Most stores would say can’t be done to something like this. Ashley got to work immediately checking the inventory for a selection of mattresses that were in stock and available. Then …. She arranged for the owner to deliver the mattress in his truck. I can assure you that you will not get this service elsewhere. We will be back to buy furniture from Ashley at Missouri Furniture again in the future when there is no rush. Missouri Furniture is a family business and they took care of us!”
“What a great place to buy a mattress for a college apartment. A decent range of mattress choices. Very reasonable prices, good brands, and ours has a 5 year warranty. I had called ahead and they were prepared to same-day deliver, but no need! The full-sized mattress we purchased was in a 2’x2’x4’ (ish) box that was easy to haul in my mid sized SUV. The mattress was vacuum sealed and popped right up to full-size with no issues. Really comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”
“We spent plenty of time cost comparing online before coming into the store, and were not very excited about coming in (after our last mattress buying experiences at other places that was mostly a huge time sink with lots of upselling attempts.) I wish we had simply started by coming in here. Bobby Jo listened to us, quickly identified and had us test the few mattresses we were interested in, and then got us a better deal than we could find online. We were also in and out pretty quickly.
Bobby Jo shared with us that she’s been selling mattresses for decades. It’s obvious that she has really fine tuned her skills over that time.”

“Had a great experience with purchase and delivery. The salesman in the store went over all fees and options, they were able to accommodate a delayed delivery date. The delivery guys/installers were quick, polite, and respectful. I would definitely consider MCC for future furniture needs!”
“Personal. Professional. They were honest in talking with me in what was needed, and straightforward on the costs. Quick but steady work on dishwasher too! Courteous workers. That's a BIG DEAL anymore!,”
“I just ordered a sofa and loveseat from Drue and wanted to give him a shout out for his great service. I came in Sunday and he was very patient with us, despite our kids being in tow (which is saying something if you’ve seen kids in a furniture store). He ended up recommending a set we liked more than what we had intended to order, and let us go home with some fabric samples for a few days. I came back today and he wrapped things up quickly for me.
I can’t vouch for the delivery service yet, but wanted to make sure he gets recognized.”
“Kevin and Christopher were the BOMB! They were very informative, patient, and friendly! (No pushy salespeople here!) I can hardly wait to sleep on my new Sleep Number Bed!”
“We had a great experience, I brought my mom in to look for a new couch set. John Hagan was extremely helpful, from assisting us with a wheel chair for my mother, to finding exactly what she was looking for and getting us in and out of the store quickly.”

“Alec at Denver mattress factory in Columbia MO is an extremely competent and personable sales associate. He really took time to explain all the subtleties between the types of purple mattresses. He found every possible deal he had, to save me money. We left to think it over and when we came back to purchase our choice he explained every detail of the invoice and warranty. Will add more to this review after my order arrives. I highly recommend working with Alec when purchasing a new bed. He is very knowledgeable and patient with this 67 year old forgetful lady. It was a pleasure doing business with this young man.”
