“For whatever reason, the salesman was all aglow, charming and helpful last weekend when my husband and I shopped for a mattress. When I went back into the store alone today because my husband stayed in the car with the dog, I expected the same charming guy. Yikes, what a switch. After determining the mattress we wanted to buy and returning to the car, I told my husband the salesman in the empty store acted as if I were intruding on his time or maybe he had a migraine. I stayed with the dog while my husband went in and was greeted by a salesman who was once again all aglow and charming. Go figure.”
