“We recently had a damaging hail storm in our area and I chose Mudd because they have great ratings and they're real close to home. Julie reviewed the damages and the estimate from the insurance company but wasn't able to fit me into their schedule for a while. I pointed out that one of the blinkers no longer worked due to tail light damage and she, mentioning the safety risk, said they'd replace them as soon as they could get replacement parts. I waited in their office this morning while they replaced the tail lights and replaced a bulb for the front turn signal; everything is working great and we feel a lot safer driving it again.
We're still on the waiting list for body repairs but I'm sure that the folks at Mudd will do a great job. Having spent some time with them I'm certain that the care they have for the safety of others will be visible in the work they do for others.”
“After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.

“The people at the St. Peters CarStar are exceptional. They are straight forward and really interested in getting the job done right. They are a family owned business but use the state of the art CarStar repair technology.
Over the last 25 years and five different drivers, we have personally used them four times for three different levels of damage . Once was on a brand new car that sustained heavy damage and was returned to factory new. The second time was an older car that was in good condition and when fixed looked as good or better than before. The third was a very old car they worked with us to do an economical fix, to make it presentable. The fourth time was a minor fender bender.
We have also recommended them to friends and family. In addition, have personally seen them go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I believe anyone looking for a autobody shop will be very happy with their workmanship.”

After further, digging into the truck, turns out the truck needed more Argonaut Motor Club communicated with me everything else the truck needed and took care of everything in a very timely matter made sure my truck was back on the road. “Everybody wants to read that the paint job/repair/whatever looked great. What is rare is to read that the guys working on your car went above and beyond their responsibility and skill to make sure that you were being treated right.
Brian and Steve treated me like a friend rather than a customer. My 2023 Stinger was in for damage to the drivers side door. It wasn’t pretty when it went in (actually it was beautiful - except for the door). At the same time, I scheduled another company to pick up and refinish two of wheels that had been curbed (scraped). When I came to pick the car up, Brian went to bring it around front. Instead, he came through the garage and said he wanted me to check something out. He hadn’t driven the car 5 feet. There was a terrible rubbing grinding sound coming from the drivers side front wheel. The other company had mistakenly put the rear tire on front wheel and front tire on rear wheel after refinishing the wheels. Brian coordinated with the other company to resolve the issue (even though it was not his responsibility). He baby sat the car as if it was his own.
Back to the beginning of the review. The Dentex repair and paint job was perfect. I’ve referred several friends to them.

“I needed a new battery and went to this O'Reilly location. It just snowed the day before, so it was cold. Micheal went out and changed my battery for me without hesitation. The terminals were all corroded, and it was no quick job, but he kindly stuck with it until it was fixed. He replaced a few parts, but it was only $13 extra. He didn't run up a huge bill. Micheal's coworker came out and helped between customers. As a woman, who unfortunately doesn't know much about car maintenance, I really, really appreciated the two of them helping me that day. O'Reilly should be so proud of what a great staff they have at this St. Peters , Mo. location. Thank you!!!”
“My brand new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 only had 1,000 miles on it and was hit in a parking lot on the right corner of the rear bumper. The person that hit my car left their name and number, which I was thankful for, but I had to get the car fixed. I got a couple of estimates, but I really liked Gittemeier and decided to have them repair my new car. The car needed a new bumper and to have it painted. They were able to get my car done in just 1 day and the most impressive part to me was it came to be cheaper than the original estimate given. I felt they were super down to earth and honest. The work was excellent, the paint matches perfectly, and the car looks good as new. I found out the guy I was talking to there the whole time was the owner, which was really awesome to know he is so involved in the day-to-day work there. I had an awesome experience there and would highly recommend them for auto body work!”

And of course when I got there they lived up to their reputation. Took the part back to this location, also lived up to my expectations. Always polite and make u feel like they reallyWant to help you. I delt sarge today. Super nice guy. Unlike most other auto part stores where I feel like I’m interrupting their day. Lucky for me this oreilly’s is this closest parts store for me. If they always had every part I needed I’d never bother going anywhere else.”

“I took my Pathfinder in with a punctured radiator and broken core support (I don’t want to talk about how that happened). Since regular repair shops won’t touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I’d be waiting weeks on end. My car was completed in a matter of days and came in significantly less than the estimate. Everyone there was super friendly, communication was great, and the work was done perfectly. I don’t particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back at Don’s.”
