“I moved here a couple weeks ago from out of state. Bart, Erica, and Makkaila have been extremely friendly and professional. They have helped me with many things I needed done and have went above and beyond for me. This is honestly the best UPS store I have ever been in. Would give this location 20 stars if possible! This is for sure my new “GO TO” UPS store! Fabulous service!!”
“I had a delivery truck hit and mangle my mailbox that Mailbox HQ installed about a year and half ago! I called first thing the next day and they asked a few questions and we communicated with some pictures thru text. The literally came the following day! I didn’t have to be home and that’s excellent service that seems hard to find these days! Especially since it’s a big holiday weekend!!! Expectations exceeded!”

“I can't say enough about the service I received from Sharde' at the UPS store. I've always traveled out of my way to visit this location because I know I'll receive excellent, professional, and friendly service every time. This visit was no different.
I was feeling dejected after realizing I was unprepared for my return and was about to leave when Sharde' stepped in. She stopped me, asked what was wrong, and presented a clear solution. She wasn't just helpful; she was empathetic. She gave me a quiet space to complete my tasks and never rushed me, even as a sudden rush of customers came in.
The entire team handled the influx with remarkable efficiency and good humor. I overheard their interactions and was impressed by their quick, succinct knowledge of store policies and prices. Everyone was assisted quickly and left in good spirits. Once I was ready, Sharde' gave me her full attention, looked me in the eye, and sincerely thanked me for my business. This experience with her truly made a frustrating return process feel like a pleasant one.”

“Has to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. If you want fast and simple service without someone complicating anything it’s worth it to drive out of your way to this location. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.”
“This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!”

There were 3 people working behind the counter. All busy with customers in a friendly manner. As soon as one was done immediately asked if they could help me. Scanned my package and helpfully asked if I wanted the drop-off receipt. I have already received an email from the vendor that they have the return in their system.
