A lady was coming in with her battery and the guy behind the desk excused himself to go over and get the door and grab the battery from her I thought that was cool and shows character. All around nice place to get new and refurbished batteries.”

“Friday Feb 2nd 6pm - Super helpful, my daughter bought a headlight here for her 2014 Kia Optima. Someone put it in here previously Jan 30 2024, and it didn't work. We brought it back in on Friday the 2nd at 6pm ish with the receipt, and I don't remember the guy's name, but he fixed it after several tries ? And we are super grateful. “Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”
“This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”
“Woke up this morning with a dead battery Got to jump left the car running for an hour came out for 5 hours later after I turned it off and it's dead..Stop by the O'Reilly's on West Clay Spencer helped me determine that the battery was bad and find a replacement..I'm COPD and oxygen challenged so when I was coming in with the old batteries Spencer saw I was breathing heavy and asked if he could help I said God bless you thank you very much.. Not only did he help he pretty much finished the job because my breathing was not good.. What a great young man / employee Thank you Spencer You helped an old man in his time of need.As a small business owner in St Charles you're exactly the type of employee that business owners look for hard to find and sometimes tricky to keep..You better pay him well or I'll steal him from you Great employee why can't more Young people today be more proactive in their thinking God bless you brother thanks again”
“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“I just had my screen replaced on my Google pixel 7 pro. They were quick to get me an estimate via email and immediately got the part in the next day. I've also had them replace a battery in myself phone so I did not have to upgrade. Everyone here is friendly, efficient, and competent. I highly recommend this location.Their prices are also competitive. My husband needed a backup battery for his computer, and they were $10 cheaper than the battery on Amazon. I could just go pick it up that night and he had it for use. Not only did we save money, but we supported local.”
“This has got to be the best O'Reilly Auto parts in all of St. Louis. Huge parts warehouse where you can find just about anything when you need it. The old timer behind the counter was super helpful, and had a great attitude! This was the only store I could find in St. Louis selling fuel vapor line in the length and size needed. This will be my only parts store going forward.”

I drove to O'Reilly and asked the young man for the wipers for my car. As big drops of rain were starting to fall, He kindly offered to help me put them on as there were 4 different components that only one worked for my vehicle. I would never have figured it out before the downpour started. His name was Jared! Excellence in service!”

Todd and the crew will help you find what you need or get it ordered if they can't locate one for you. It's definitely worth a stop when parts are needed.”
“The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!”

They can even help you at the register by saying I think you really want a different battery than what you yourself may have picked out when you tell them what they’re for.
