I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! (I think the person who helped me with the return was Mary or Miriam .. I’m sorry I forgot your name but you are SO nice!!) 10/10”

“We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”

“I ordered a loveseat over 3 months ago. It was on backorder, until the end of August. I received an email a couple of weeks ago, that it was still on backorder until November. I decided to with a different color. It was in stock, in gray, which matches my carpet. They scheduled it for a Saturday morning delivery. The delivery team was great!! Customer Service was great!! I will be back!!”
“We have an awful lot of activity in our living room. From a 2 year old great granddaughter, a granddaughter, to a 45 year old daughter & a 2 year old small dog.
In the winter we heat with a wood stove. So we'll find out how that works.
Anyway we found an 8 x 10 rug/carpet at a very reasonable price and on sale too. Can vacuum and rug shampoo it.
So far we love it.”

“So happy that I found The Refind Room. I was looking for a couch and some other pieces in my furniture hunt. I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! “We had such a great experience at this location! We are in the beginning stages of purchasing a new couch and are completely sold on Lovesac. Our salesperson, Chris, was so knowledgeable and made the customization process very clear. We have two cats who love to destroy furniture and Chris demonstrated the various types of fabric and how they hold up to cat nails. “I needed a new office 'task' chair because the previous chair was an 'executive' style which left me in too steep a recline. My back was uncomfortable and my work was suffering. I have known Larry Singer for some time and made an appointment to see him for his suggestions. He demonstrated several types but recommended one in particular which would support my lower back while not interfering with my desktop work. I picked up the chair and brought it home, assembled it (very easy) and sat down. Made a few adjustments for height and armrests, and the chair is the one I should have had all along. You will find Larry and his wife very knowledgable and their selection is top notch.”
