“Every employee I’ve ever interacted with at this Casey’s (usually in the early morning) has been nothing but nice and welcoming! Wonderful people and sooooo much better than the St. Robert Casey’s where everyone is incredibly rude. I live closer to the St. Robert Casey’s but will go out of my way to the Waynesville location every single time. I also love the app and the Casey’s cash for points.”

“Idk why there's so many bad reviews? The customer service is great. I think their coffee is way better than Casey's or Kum & Go. I've never had issues getting gas there. I have not used the car wash so I'm unsure how good or bad it is. I wasn't a fan of the burritos but honestly most gas station food is nasty ?♀️”
“Cashiers are always extremely friendly and I don't think I've ever seen them run out of sliced pizza. The staff is always working whether it be cooking in the back, sticking shelves, or manning the register. Better than most caseys I've been to.”

“My family and I are traveling for thanksgiving and decided to stop at this gas station!! We walked in and immediately the employees were wishing everyone who walked out a happy thanksgiving and greeting the people who walked in with “good morning(s)” and big smiles. I wanted to point out 2 specific people. I didn’t catch either of their names but the young lady who had purple hair, round glasses and a white claw clip was extremely nice. She made sure not a single person left without a kind word. She had been stocking a freezer and offered to move so we could grab something and said it was no problem (very sweet) and there was an older gentleman who was working behind the food court who had a warm smile as soon as we walked in and he helped us find utensils. Overall I really enjoyed my time there!!”
“My fiancé and I were going across country. One of the employees was super nice to us and provided a welcoming environment. Their donuts are bomb and they even provided complimentary brownies due to my pregnancy cravings. God Bless her soul”
