“I have brought several phones here and each time it is repaired or resolved quickly and rarely a fee associated with it. Yesterday I brought my phone in because a system update had failed to load properly and Nat was able to stop the corrupted update and launch an uncorrupted version. It took about an hour but still only cost $25. Nat was excellent to work with and I will continue to do business with this company.”

“If I could possibly give more stars, I would give this store more than 10+++!!! Ryan, the rep that I worked with, and the other reps as well, went above and beyond to help me with my issues with thier leasing department. It literally took all day to get resolved, and I never saw a hint of aggregation or frustration from anyone. Only concern for my situation getting resolved. They kept me occupied the entire time we were waiting. By the time I left, I was so pleased to have shared the time with them. They almost feel like family! They were THAT personable. Unfortunately, we all have to deal with issues that take up our time and frustrate us. But I am so grateful that, if I had to spend the time to get this resolved, I got to do it with them. You guys are so awesome! Keep doing what you’re doing! You retained a super satisfied customer!!”
