“Came in to replace my son's phone.....it was close to quitting time. My son really needed an iPhone for his previous Sim card....or whatever it is for iPhone. Venkat told us there were no iPhones available in the store until his shipment came in next week or the week after. He must have seen my son's heart crush and apparently called a friend/coworker while my son was picking out an android, instead.......Mr Venkat got my son an iPhone within 10 minutes and gave us an amazing deal and accessories included. I cannot thank him enough for the help....and right before closing. He definitely went the extra mile.”
“Came in because I was having a problem with the coax port On my modem and was greeted by Nicholas and James. These guys were great and they even filled me in about my year of free mobile service with spectrum but I was in a bit of in a hurry so I wasn't able to pull that off but I will definitely be back. This trip was especially memorable because my first name is Nicholas and my middle name is James, and these are the names of the people that helped me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. This is a 10 out of 10 experience one of the best I've had with spectrum so I think this review is well deserved. Great job!”
